Choose the AdventureLog template. Server Compass fills the frontend, backend API, PostGIS database, media volume, and public ports.

Review the generated compose settings, confirm the AdventureLog web port is available, and click Deploy.

Keep the deployment modal open while Server Compass uploads the compose file, pulls the AdventureLog image, starts the container, and verifies the stack.

After deployment finishes, return to the Apps tab and confirm the AdventureLog app is marked Running with its application URL available.

Open the application URL in a browser. The AdventureLog login or registration screen confirms the frontend is reachable.

  • Create the first user account and disable open registration if the instance should be private.
  • Update public URL and CSRF trusted origins before moving behind a production domain.
  • Back up the PostGIS data volume and media volume before moving or replacing the VPS.
  • Configure SMTP before relying on password reset emails.
