By purchasing and using Server Compass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the software.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Server Compass subject to the following terms:

• One license permits installation and use on unlimited devices owned or controlled by you
• You may use the software for personal or commercial purposes
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• You may not remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Server Compass and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the developer. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of it.

Pricing

Server Compass is sold as a one-time purchase for $19. This price includes:

• Lifetime license to the software
• All current features
• All future updates and improvements
• Email support

Updates and Support

Your license includes all future updates at no additional cost. We will make reasonable efforts to:

• Provide bug fixes and security updates
• Add new features and improvements
• Respond to email support requests within 48 business hours

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your license key
• Ensuring your VPS infrastructure meets the minimum requirements
• Managing your own server security, backups, and data protection
• Complying with the terms of service of third-party providers (VPS hosts, GitHub, etc.)
• Any costs associated with your VPS hosting

Server Compass is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all systems or configurations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software
• We are not responsible for data loss, server downtime, or deployment failures
• You acknowledge that server management inherently carries risks

You may not use Server Compass to:

• Deploy illegal content or engage in illegal activities
• Attack, hack, or compromise third-party servers
• Violate the terms of service of VPS providers or other third parties
• Circumvent security measures or license validation

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Server Compass regarding the use of the software.
