After Ampache Opens

  • Place Ampache behind HTTPS before exposing a music library beyond trusted networks.
  • Complete the Ampache first-run setup and create an administrator account before adding media.
  • Restrict access to trusted users because catalogs and streams can expose private media collections.
  • Mount or sync media libraries intentionally instead of uploading production libraries into a disposable demo volume.
  • Back up the Ampache config volume before changing catalog, transcoding, or user settings.
  • Review upload size, transcoding, and streaming settings before inviting users.
  • Keep the Ampache image updated for dependency and security fixes.

Verified Result

The Ampache web interface loaded successfully from the deployed container.
