Select the AzuraCast template

Choose the AzuraCast template. Server Compass fills the radio management service, MariaDB backend, Redis service, generated database passwords, and the web plus stream port mappings.

Confirm the app name and compose service. In this run, the app was named azuracast-demo and used host port 4227.

Review the generated compose settings, confirm the AzuraCast web port is available, and click Deploy.

Watch the deployment progress

Keep the deployment modal open while Server Compass uploads the compose file, pulls the AzuraCast image, starts the container, and verifies the stack.

Confirm AzuraCast is running

After deployment finishes, return to the Apps tab and confirm the AzuraCast app is marked Running with its application URL available.

Open AzuraCast in the browser

Open the application URL in a browser. The AzuraCast installer or login screen confirms the radio management web UI is reachable.

  • Complete the installer immediately and create the master administrator account.
  • Place the web UI behind HTTPS before exposing admin access on the public internet.
  • Back up the AzuraCast data volumes together with the MariaDB volume.
  • Open the stream port range in your firewall only if you want public listeners.
  • Create at least one station and verify its public stream URL before sharing it.
  • Review storage limits before uploading media libraries or enabling recordings.
  • Keep the AzuraCast image updated for dependency and security fixes.
