Choose the Postgresus template. Server Compass fills the web service, persistent data volume, and published web port.

Confirm the app name and web UI port. In this run, the app was named postgresus-demo and used host port 4262.

Review the generated compose settings, confirm the Postgresus web port is available, and click Deploy.

Keep the deployment modal open while Server Compass uploads the compose file, pulls the Postgresus image, starts the container, and verifies the stack.

After deployment finishes, return to the Apps tab and confirm the Postgresus app is marked Running with its application URL available.

Open the application URL in a browser. The Postgresus setup or dashboard page confirms the database management app is reachable.

After Postgresus Opens

  • Sign in with the initial administrator account and change the default credentials.
  • Create the initial administrator account if prompted.
  • Add a test PostgreSQL connection from a private network.
  • Configure backup retention and schedules before production use.
  • Back up the Postgresus data volume.
