What's Changed

New Features

3
  • Deploy YOURLS again — the self-hosted link shortener is back in the template picker, with setup fields for site URL, admin login, and short-link secrets
  • Install Anytype Self-Hosted Sync — Anytype now uses the full sync stack instead of a minimal node, with coordinator, file storage, sync nodes, generated client config, and health checks
  • Launch Appwrite through its official installer — Appwrite now opens the current self-hosted setup flow from your VPS, so you can finish installation in the browser

Improvements

7
  • 66 templates refreshed across the catalog — notes, fediverse, email, dev tools, analytics, CI, storage, and infrastructure templates now include better defaults, ports, setup prompts, and first-run guidance
  • Complex apps install more completely — ERPNext, Frappe HR, AppFlowy, Pixelfed, Mastodon, OpenPanel, Zammad, Mailu, Postal, Garage, and Mosquitto now include fuller supporting services and clearer post-install steps
  • Secrets match each app's expected format — Server Compass now generates hex-style keys for apps that require them, reducing failed installs caused by invalid secret values
  • Less port crowding by default — GitLab, Drone CI, Mailu, Mastodon, Appwrite, Obsidian, Lago, Rancher, and several other templates now use safer default ports to avoid clashing with common web apps
  • Monitoring shows pending containers separately — server monitoring now distinguishes containers that are created or paused from containers that exited, making app status easier to read
  • Better Cloudflare setup options — Cloudflare DDNS opens with dashboard-first setup, and Cloudflared starts as a quick tunnel test you can verify before configuring production routes
  • Mail servers have fuller setup guidance — Mailu and Postal now collect the hostname, admin, password, and mail delivery values needed for a usable first launch

Bug Fixes

8
  • Fixed YOURLS missing from the template picker — the link shortener can be selected and installed again
  • Fixed apps failing because generated secrets used the wrong format — encryption and hex-key fields now receive values in the format those apps expect
  • Fixed Rocket.Chat starting before its database was ready — installs now wait for the database setup before opening the chat app
  • Fixed GitLab Runner failing on first launch — the runner now starts cleanly before you register it with GitLab
  • Fixed Obsidian opening on the wrong browser port — direct access now points to the HTTPS port the container actually serves
  • Fixed Invoice Ninja serving files from the wrong folder — the web front end now loads the app's current web files correctly
  • Fixed Speedtest Tracker missing its public address setting — setup now collects the address it needs so scheduled tests and links work from your VPS
  • Fixed Mailu and Postal starting with incomplete mail stacks — email templates now include the services, ports, and admin setup steps needed for first launch
